Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to determine tool specifications.
- Set up and operate a variety of machine tools, including lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC machines.
- Manufacture, modify, and repair precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures to exact specifications.
- Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct quality control inspections and make necessary adjustments to maintain tight tolerances.
- Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and production teams to develop and improve tooling designs.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with existing tools and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain and ensure proper calibration of tools and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Toolmaker, Machinist, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of metalworking techniques, materials, and machining processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in operating manual and CNC machine tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of precision measuring instruments and quality control methods.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

**Education & Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or apprenticeship in toolmaking preferred.
- Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in a toolmaking or machining role.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software is a plus.

Pay: ₹11,879.07 - ₹25,000.00 per month
