**Experience**: 0-2 Y**: **Location**: Mumbai**: **Job description**: Underwriting Management: - Underwriting cases at an average of 30 medical or 45 non - medical cases per day. Performing QC at an average of 50 medical and 65 non - medical cases per day. Scrutinize all documents for completeness and check the supporting evidences. Carry out risk assessment and approve the case if all in order or else raise further requirements in view of incomplete/additional information. Arriving at decisions on standard and non - standard cases. Coordinate with the other verticals and ensure completeness of decision. Adhere to predefined quality parameters and underwriting philosophy. Compliance with Regulatory guidelines: Ensure compliance with IRDA guidelines, internal guidelines and ISO requirements. Identify gaps and implement measures for gap resolution program. Maintain acceptable audit ratings in all compliance and audit reviews. Assist in internal/external audit and closure of audit reports. **Requirement**: Essential: - Graduate/Post Graduate in Science/Pharmacy/Medicine/Life Science/Microbiology. Minimum 6 months to 2 Years of related experience. Good technical knowledge of Life underwriting including Protection Underwriting.
