As a Machine Operator for Wire Mesh Making, your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain machines used in the production of wire mesh products. You will work in a manufacturing or production facility and collaborate with a team to ensure the efficient and accurate production of wire mesh according to specifications. Your duties will include:
Machine Setup and Operation: Set up and adjust wire mesh machines according to product specifications, such as wire diameter, mesh size, and dimensions. Operate the machines to produce wire mesh products, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.

Quality Control: Monitor the production process to ensure the wire mesh meets quality standards. Inspect finished products for defects, such as irregularities in mesh size, wire alignment, or welds. Take corrective actions as needed to maintain quality.

Material Handling: Load raw materials, such as wire coils, onto machines, ensuring a continuous supply of materials for production. Monitor material levels and coordinate with the material handling team to replenish supplies when necessary.

Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines to ensure their optimal performance. This may include cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting machine components. Identify and report any machine malfunctions or breakdowns to the maintenance team.

Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Follow established protocols for operating machines, handling materials, and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Comply with company policies and regulations related to manufacturing processes and product quality.

Production Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor production output and keep records of production quantities, machine downtime, and any operational issues. Report production data to supervisors or managers as required.

Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with team members, including supervisors, machine technicians, and other operators, to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any production issues. Communicate effectively regarding machine operations, quality concerns, or any other relevant information.

**Requirements**:

- ITI (PREFERENCE TO GOVT. ITI PASS OUT)
- Familiarity with wire mesh production processes and equipment is an asset.
- Ability to read and interpret production specifications and blueprints.
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to stand, lift, and operate machinery for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Teamwork abilities.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
