**Information Technology (IT) Project Coordinator Job Vacancy in Mohali**:
**Project Coordinator: Roles & Responsibilities**:
As a **Information Technology (IT) Project Coordinator** at APPWRK, your **roles and responsibilities** would be:

- Assisting and supporting the project manager.
- Designing and controlling the project schedule.
- Preparing presentations to update senior management on the project’s progress and showcase the project’s value.
- Delegating tasks to team members.
- Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities.
- Looking for ways to increase the project’s profitability and reduce expenses where possible.
- Ensuring deadlines are met.
- Organizing and attending stakeholder meetings.
- Providing administrative support.
- Organizing project team meetings and recording minutes.
- Liaising with clients to determine the project’s objectives.
- Resource allocation and resource management for multiple projects.
- Handling financial queries.
- Knowledge of technologies is a Big plus. Technologies like - PHP, Dot net, React.js, Angular.js, MEAN, MERN.

**Project Coordinator: Skills & Specifications/Requirements**:

- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills, self-directed, detail oriented, creative problem solver.
- Project management skills like cost control, schedule management will be an added advantage.
