**About Us**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Share relevant background information about the company, position, and interviewers.
- Maintaining Interview dashboards/ trackers
- Sharing timely feedback with the internal teams (Talent Acquisition Team, Client Services Team etc)
- Follow-ups with Interviewer Panel for interview schedules & seek continuous feedback for any further improvisation
- Continuously evaluate and refine the interview scheduling and coordination process for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensuring all paperwork is received and completed according to policies and operational metrics
- Conducting and distributing reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identifying issues and recommending actions
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholder groups

**Must Have**
- Minimum qualification
- Graduate in any field.
- Excellent communication skills with **professional proficiency in Thai & English Language**:

- Smart strong with articulation skills & Detail Oriented
- Hands on experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- **2-4 Years of proven work experience as a Thai Speaking Role as Translator/Interpreter.**:

- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (Virtual/Physical).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Possess excellent analytical skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
