We are looking for an Architect who is enthusiastic, creative, and eager to create human experiences through architecture & interior design of spaces.

An **eye for detail** & a **practical** yet **innovative** design approach are very much appreciated. Must be able to **multitask**, **collaborate** with team members & guide the project from inception to handover. Will be responsible for all the communication between the clients & the design team. Should possess strong **presentation** & **communication skills** to ensure the design intent gets delivered.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

1. Create a project/client brief based on discussions and interactions with clients
2. Create site condition reports based on site conditions.
3. Verify with authorities in development regulations, etc.
4. Prepare conceptual design & presentations.
5. Coordinate with allied consultants in preparation of final design details.
6. Ensure the design team is in line with the design delivery & project timelines.
7. Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
8. Schedule site visits & prepare progress reports.
9. Prepare snag reports & bill sign-offs.
10. Attend project launch events representing the company & the design team.
11. Most importantly, have fun throughout the life cycle of the project.

**Key Skills**
AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
1. B. Arch Graduate is preferable.
2. Strong knowledge in the domain of interior design & architectural design.
3. Good connection with contemporaries & other design professionals.
4. Keen interest in being up to date with the design trends & sensibilities.
5. Should have overseen, handled. A project from inception to handover.
