**Job Summary:

- **Design Leadership**: Lead the architectural design and development of residential projects from initial concept through construction.
- **Technical Drawings**: Prepare, review, and oversee detailed architectural drawings, CAD plans, specifications, and construction documents.
- **Consultant Coordination**: Collaborate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants to ensure seamless design integration.
- **Site Supervision**: Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.
- **Project Management**: Manage project deliverables, design timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely execution without compromising quality.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, environmental guidelines, and safety standards.
- **Client Interaction**: Engage with clients to understand requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback effectively.
- **Innovation**: Bring creativity and functionality together in design solutions while optimizing space, cost, and aesthetics.
- **Team Collaboration**: Mentor junior architects and work collaboratively with project teams to achieve excellence in delivery.

**Requirements & Qualifications:

- **
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- **10+ years of professional experience** in architectural design and project execution.
- Proven experience in **residential projects** with a strong design portfolio.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software**.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
- Excellent understanding of **local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards**.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and contractors.
