We are looking for Technical People Manager with 8-10 Years of Experience for our esteemed client for Chennai/ PuneLocation.

**Key Skills**: Vehicle Engineering
- BIW/ Interiors/ Exteriors/ PowerTrain Packaging/ Sheet metal

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Establish and implement training processes and strategies for all technical personnel
- Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
- Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
- Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
- Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making large purchases on behalf of the company
- Recruit and train exceptional employees to fulfil posted positions within the technical department
- Update and maintain all production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and installation

**Required Skills, Qualifications (Technical Competency)**:

- Subject matter experts form BIW/ Interior trims/ Exteriors/ Powertrain integration
- Perform engineering calculations for the sheet metal components.
- Perform load distribution calculations, front & rear axle weights.
- Know how on plastics, design, molding, tooling, material.
- Know how on composites & polymers
- Know how on cross-functional collaboration.
- Know how on project management with different stakeholders like design engineers, SMEs at customer, and suppliers
- Must be able to take decisions to meet design guideline requirements.
- Closely work with styling team
- Familiar with presentations and communication skills

**Salary**: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
