Job Description:
We are Hiring Social Media Marketing Interns in India to join our team. The incumbents will be responsible for working with our company and partner.

Duration: 2 months internship

**As a Social Media Marketing Intern,**:

- Research the Human Capital industry and understand our service offerings
- Build our brand on your & company's social media platforms, complete the assigned tasks, and meet deadlines
- Come up with innovative branding and campaign strategies, and share the same with your team
- Execute the branding strategies
- Design posters, videos; create polls and campaigns
- Monitor and evaluate the analytics, and work toward improvement
- Build cross-collaboration skills by working in teams
- Engage in continuous learning
- Actively participate in discourse within your team as well as with Leads

**Who can apply? (Requirements)**:

- Students currently pursuing graduation/post-graduation
- Basic knowledge about social media platforms or willingness to learn and use social media platforms (mandatory)
- Creative thinker and willing to work with a globally distributed team
- Willing to contribute a minimum of 4 hours/day
- Must have Laptop and Internet connection
