**Legal Counsel**

To deliver global legal services and support which includes POA, NDA, Supplier Contracts, Client Contracts and internal compliance.

**Job description**
- Lead a team of lawyers and design/develop new services required, along with the required Standard Operating procedures (SOP).
- Review of technical services agreements, supplier agreements, contract management, NDAs, Power of Attorney, and to develop further services as required.
- Maintain and review internal compliances in accordance with the Global Policy and Practice Standard.
- Adhere to the SOP requirements for creation and review of various contractual documents and ensure that the draft/created documents are delivered on time to customers based upon their requirements.
- Track and report operational metrics required for all services. This includes delivered quality and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Follow-up with the respective stakeholders to ensure final signed executed documents/agreements.
- Track digitized contracts over electronic signature platforms (such as Adobe Sign, DocuSign) and archive final executed contractual documents in the repository.
- Ensure clear and timely responses are provided to any queries/requests regarding contract signing/execution.
- Responsible for, managing the parameters/user access corresponding to their respective domain, for GBS Applications.
- Document knowledge and create training content.
- Capture customers' and GBS employees' demands for improvement, prioritize (if paraments based) and articulate them for the Applications developers (if for further technical development)

**You are meant for this job if you have/can**
- 9-11 years of experience
- LLB from a recognized university and LL.M would be preferred
- Good computer skills
- Excellent communication, verbal and written, and drafting skills
- Experience in a Law Firm/in-house
- Understand contracting principles with ability to read and analyze low to mid complexity contracts
- Ability to set priorities and juggle multiple demands
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage self and teams’ delivery commitments with professional and positive attitude.
- Ability to advise and interact with all levels of management.
- Share Point knowledge (O365)
