**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, and heat pumps.

Troubleshoot HVAC system issues, identify problems, and provide effective solutions.

Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.

Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning air ducts, replacing filters, and lubricating components.

Provide recommendations for energy-efficient upgrades or repairs to improve system performance.

Respond to emergency service requests as needed.

Ensure all work is completed in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.

Maintain accurate records of all services performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.

Communicate with customers about system issues, repairs, and maintenance in a clear and professional manner.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and troubleshooting techniques.

Ability to work with hand tools, diagnostic tools, and power equipment.

Familiarity with local HVAC codes and regulations.
