**Job Type**: Full-time, Night Shift

**Work Hours**: 8:30 PM to 5:30AM

Excellent opportunity to join SkillArbitrage as an Inside Sales Specialist.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand client requirements and effectively communicate how SkillArbitrage solutions can meet their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations via virtual platforms.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
- Close sales and achieve monthly quotas.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve overall customer satisfaction and sales success.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Counselor or similar role, preferably in a night shift setting. (Freshers can also apply)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in mandatory.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
