**Job Responsibility**:
Calendar Management:
- Maintain and organize the director's schedule, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2. Communication:
3. Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, presentations, and reports as required.
4. Meeting Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agenda preparation, and follow-up actions.
- Record minutes of meetings and distribute them to relevant parties.
5. Travel Arrangements:
- Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, accommodations, and other logistics for the director.
6. Expense Management:
- Track and reconcile expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
