Handling all dealers - both retail and institutional sales

**Report to**: CEO

**Team**: Retail and institutional salesmen of the brand (In future)

**Career path**: Head sales across the country, in the future

Handle more brands

**Requisites **:Graduate with minimum of 5+ years relevant sales experience

Experience in selling products to dealers and end customers

Proven sales track record and expertise

With job responsibilities, regions handled, team size

Describe achievements and failures

State current CTC and break-up of take-home

Mention notice period

Explain reason for change

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Drive revenue objectives of the company and complete and grow monthly sales by acquiring new customers and up-selling to existing ones.
- Train, support and motivate sales team to help them reach their full sales potential.
- Continuously improve lead to prospect ratio, prospect to demo ratio, prospect to purchase ratio and overall revenue potential on a month-on-month basis.
- Work with marketing and tele-calling teams to help generate quality prospects to achieve better conversions; and be ready to cold call and generate prospects.
- Engage, develop and maintain contact with clients, architects and interior designers, government departments to help generate leads and sales.
- Identify and establish initiatives for identifying the right alliances, dealers and relevant partnerships and motivate them to sell our products more and more.
- Ensure relationship management by continuously interacting with customers, prospective clients and regular buyers.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Proactively spot and recommend solutions to resolve issues and address market shifts, including corrective action, training and other broader action plans.
- Follow the systems and processes and utilize the CRM tools effectively to ensure 100% quality information is entered in the CRM for all partner, leads and prospects engagements.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
