**Sales & Business Development**:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new leads and areas for growth.
- Generate and follow up on sales inquiries to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- Present and demonstrate product/service features to prospective clients.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure repeat business and customer retention.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for clients when required.
- **Sales Reporting & Analysis**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities.
- Submit regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
- Analyze and interpret sales data to identify potential sales opportunities and challenges.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to create aligned strategies.
- Collaborate with other sales team members to share insights and strategies for success.
- **Negotiation & Closing**:
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers to close deals effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards in the sales process.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:
- Ensure that all sales processes comply with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain proper documentation for all transactions, agreements, and customer communications.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
