Texcom is seeking a talented and innovative Creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs that capture our brand's essence and elevate our presence across digital and print media. As a key player, you will collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop compelling graphics for campaigns, product packaging, social media, and other materials.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative concepts and designs aligned with Texcom's brand identity.
- Produce graphics for various platforms, including websites, social media, print, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with marketing strategies.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate Texcom's creative output.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, web design, or 3D design is a plus.
