Skinroots is a premium dermatology and aesthetics clinic, committed to offering advanced treatments and delivering exceptional patient experiences. We are expanding our team and seeking a Patient Support Executive to enhance our service quality and patient engagement.

**Role Overview**:
As a Patient Support Executive or Patient care coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients and play a vital role in assisting them throughout their journey—from inquiry to post-treatment follow-up. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to appointments, treatments, and follow-ups
- Assist patients in understanding procedures, treatment packages, pricing, and service offerings
- Maintain and update patient data in the CRM system
- Follow up with leads to ensure conversions and patient satisfaction
- Coordinate with doctors, front desk, and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Address patient queries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism
- Remind patients of appointments, payments, or reviews via call/SMS/WhatsApp
- Guide walk-in patients and ensure a positive in-clinic experience

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12th pass or graduate
- 6 months to 1 year experience in healthcare, hospitality, telecalling, or customer service
- Good spoken English and Hindi (other regional languages is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM software
- Empathetic, patient-friendly, and polite communication
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
