**Location: Bangalore**
**Responsibilities**:
1. Preparation of Books of Account:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.
- Record daily financial transactions in the general ledger.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
2. Preparation of Financial Statements:
- Compile financial data and generate periodic financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
- Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial statements to identify trends and anomalies.
3. P&L Sheet Management:
- Prepare Profit and Loss (P&L) statements to analyze company performance.
- Review revenue and expense accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to interpret P&L results and provide insights.
4. Statutory Audits Management:
- Coordinate and manage statutory audits conducted by external auditors.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and relevant laws.
- Prepare audit schedules and provide necessary documentation to auditors.
5. Financial Reporting:
- Generate various financial reports for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations.
6. Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in financial reporting and bookkeeping.
- Suggest and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
7. Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all financial records and reports are maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and compliance documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- CA Intermediate qualified with a strong foundation in accounting principles.
- Previous experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and managing audits is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills to interact with internal teams and external auditors.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
