**SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Consultant**

**Responsibilities**:
**Talent Modules Optimization/Deployment**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective configurations within SAP SuccessFactors Talent modules.
- Lead the design, implementation, optimization and documentation of Talent Management processes: Objectives Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Talent Reviews, Career Development and Skills/Competencies.

**Customized Talent Reports / Talent Card Configuration**:

- Configure and optimize the Talent Card feature within SuccessFactors, ensuring a comprehensive view of Employee Talent Profiles.
- Design and generate customized talent reports and exportable individualized talent cards/reports.

**Employee Talent Profile Data Optimization**:

- Oversee the configuration and maintenance of Employee Talent Profile within SuccessFactors, ensuring accuracy and consistency with other modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand evolving Employee Talent Profile requirements and implement necessary adjustments.

**Release Management and Continuous Improvement**:

- Manage SAP SuccessFactors releases, assess their impact on existing configurations and processes and ensure a smooth transition as well as optimal utilization of the latest functionalities.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement, automation and innovation on Talent Management.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in Talent Management to recommend and implement enhancements.

**Support Level 2**:

- Provide ongoing Level 2 support to end-users, addressing queries, issues and providing guidance on the effective use of SuccessFactors Talent modules

**Consultancy posture**:

- Propose and advocate for the implementation of new functionalities and features that align with HR processes and strategic objectives.
- Lead technical recommendations to challenge current use of tools and make the most of them to cope with business needs and stakes.
- Work closely with HRIS team members, IT, and key business stakeholders to align Talent processes with overall business objectives.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:

- Minimum of 5/7 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Talent module implementation and optimization.
- Proven track record of successfully deploying Talent Management features in large-scale organizations (100,000+ employees).

**Certifications**:
SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Talent Management modules.

Access to Provisioning

**Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Talent modules, including but not limited to Performance & Goals, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Talent Development and Talent reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent project management skills and familiarity with agile methodologies.

**Communication/Ways of working**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience of working with Western teams
