About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Vision:
Develop and implement a strategic vision for the school in alignment with the institution's mission and values.

Foster a culture of academic excellence, inclusivity, and innovation.

Academic Excellence:
Oversee curriculum implementation as per CBSE guidelines.

Ensure the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning processes.

Regularly evaluate academic programs and performance metrics to achieve desired outcomes.

Administrative Management:
Manage day-to-day school operations, including staff supervision, student discipline, and infrastructure maintenance.

Develop and oversee the school budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Staff Recruitment and Development:
Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.

Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance staff skills.

Admissions and Community Engagement:
Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve enrolment targets.

Build strong relationships with parents, students, and the local community.

Organize events, workshops, and programs to enhance community involvement.

Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with CBSE norms and other regulatory requirements.

Establish and enforce policies for student and staff safety and well-being.

Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Education or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).

B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.

Minimum 10 years of teaching experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
