**Experience**: 3 to 5 Years - in Software Sales or Technology Solutions

The role involves managing the full sales lifecycle, building strong client relationships, and presenting tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify new business opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients across industries such as manufacturing, education, retail, and government.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate video analytics solutions.
- Coordinate and conduct product demonstrations and Proof of Concept (PoC) sessions in collaboration with the technical team.
- Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and respond to RFPs/RFQs.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and post-sales experience.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
- Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- Stay up to date on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the video analytics and surveillance domains.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in selling technology solutions related to surveillance systems and process automation.
- Good understanding of video analytics, surveillance, or automation technologies is a plus.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and proposal drafting skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and demos as required.

Pay: ₹8,714.56 - ₹30,833.51 per month
