**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote the company’s software development services.
- Explain and provide details about software products, services, and solutions offered by the company.
- Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries related to software services.
- Generate leads and set up meetings for the sales team to follow up.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and interactions with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients over the phone.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach strategies.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve client engagement and sales processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Telecaller**, **Telesales Representative**, or similar role in a technology or software-related company.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical customers.
- Strong **customer service** and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of software products and services (prior experience in the software industry is a plus).
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to achieve targets.
- Familiarity with **CRM software** and **telecalling tools**.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience working in a **software development company** or IT services industry.
- Knowledge of **lead generation** techniques and **sales pipelines**.
- Experience using **CRM systems** like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of **software development processes** and technologies.

**Education & Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in **Marketing**, **Business Administration**, or a related field is preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or a related field.
