Due to an exciting internal organisational change, we are on the search for an Executive Assistant located at our Kellogg Bandar Enstek Manufacturing Plant. Kellogg’s Bandar Enstek is a snacks hub producing halal certified Pringles. In this role, you will be reporting to Plant Director and you will work closely with the Plant Director’s team leaders, managers as well as other executives as and when needed.
**Key roles & responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative / secretarial support together with effective time management systems for Plant Director and all relevant departments in his leadership team.
- Calendar management, meeting and conference/calls coordination. Put together agenda’s/itineraries for overseas visitors.
- Coordinating orders and ensuring the supply of pantry refreshment, stationery, and other office materials / equipment, administration coordination as required.
- Excellent administrative and organization skills, detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Track record of demonstrated ownership, responsibility, and accountability
- Strong customer service mindset and style; ability to anticipate and meet the needs of individuals/colleagues
- Ability to work expertly and effectively in a dynamic and deadline-driven
- Excellent professional standards, discernment and discretion when taking care of sensitive information
- Min Diploma or Degree holder in Business Administration / Management / Secretarial or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
- High level initiative / sound administrative skills.
- Strong oral / written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with personnel on all levels. Excellent word processing, graphical software knowledge / experience to produce high quality correspondence and presentations.
- Secretarial and office management experience
- Familiar with Microsoft Office/SAP, Good Receipts, Purchase Requisition process.
- Fast learner, highly motivated and customer orientated
- Working experience in FMCG or Manufacturing is advantageous
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
