Store Incharge

**Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Leadership**:Provide effective leadership to the store team and ensure operational excellence.

Oversee day-to-day store activities, including opening and closing procedures.
- **Inventory Management**:Utilize your experience to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts.

Implement advanced inventory control measures to reduce shrinkage and improve accuracy.
- **Team Management**:Leverage your leadership skills to motivate and guide the store staff.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- **Customer Experience**:Utilize your experience to enhance the overall customer experience through service excellence.

Address customer concerns and ensure a positive shopping environment.

Implement strategies to promote featured products and drive sales.
- **Financial Oversight**:Utilize your financial acumen to analyze sales data and implement strategies for improvement.

Contribute to budget planning and cost control initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years of experience required.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma required; additional education in business or a related field is a plus.
