**Roles & Responsibilities**:
A Reciprocating Compressor Auxiliary Mechanical expert - Design will be responsible for the Conceptual & detail design for Skid mechanical packaging design for Reciprocating Compressor. He/ She will have the opportunity to introduce new technology to enhance company profitability and productivity. He/ She will be responsible for maintaining and incorporating new cost-effective solutions for designs. He/ She should be expert and responsible for designing of all/ some of the following;
- Plot plan footprint, compressor general arrangement, compressor skid mech. Equipment’s full supply
- General arrangement for cooling oil console and footprint, lube oil console and footprint, process gas cooler skid and footprint, separator skid and footprint
- Piping, interconnecting piping & support for cooling water, process gas and lube oil
- Piping and interconnecting piping, interconnecting piping supports, loose auxiliary piping, loose interconnecting piping, loose manual valves
- Auxiliaries gas piping between different compressors, auxiliaries gas piping, air suction and gas exhaust valves and accessories
- Full supply for compressor skid, lube oil console, cylinder cooling console, frame lube oil/cylinder cooling common console, packing cooling console
- Mechanical project design summary, piping lines specifications, lube oil cooler data sheet, water cooler data sheet, lubricator
- Perform Technical Reviews. Review process
- 30%-60%-90%. Handhold, guide & mentor the team to improve technical competency of the team
- Drive Knowledge Management, Continuous improvement & Productivity improvement initiatives.

**Required Skills (Technical Competency)**:

- More than 15 years of Experience in Reciprocating Compressor - Designing in oil and gas/petrochemical/power sector.
- Should be able to read P&IDs, Customer Specification
- Should be able to provide support on preparation of Equipment Specification / Datasheets, Purchase Specification
- Tools skill: Siemens NX10, AutoCAD & Team Center
- Should be able to prepare Project Scheduling, monitoring, and control, and maintain OTD and Quality of the Engineering documents, timely execution.

**Desired Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in an engineering position for Auxiliary System Engineering - Mechanical for Turbomachinery’s Reciprocating Compressor in oil and gas/power sector.
