Highly organized Billing Assistant with 3+ years of experience in customer service and administrative support

Proficient in MS Office Suite, accounting software, and billing systems.
Able to work in fast-paced work environments and meet tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

To create and send invoices to customer using billing software.
Responsible for ensuring that customer invoices are accurate and sent out in a timely manner, reconciling accounts receivable, and managing payments.
Generate Excel statements for transactions handled.
Advanced Excel. Typing 40+. Spreadsheets.
Ledger creation and payment follow ups.

Computer and data entry skills are important in this position, and organizational and mathematical skills are also important for collecting information to determine bill amounts and checking data for accuracy.
Issue and send account statements when necessary and create periodic MIS reports for management.
Multitasking skills are important for this position.

**Salary**: ₹12,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
