**Key Responsibilities**:
The ICT Infrastructure Expert primary responsibility is to manage
and establish priorities for design, development and analysis of entire infrastructure systems inclusive of both physical and virtual servers, thin clients, LAN/WAN (including Firewall), internet, security, wireless and cloud implementations of SAP S/4 HANA solution
- Serve as Team Lead for the completion of work requirements with responsibility for work plan development and reporting
- ICT specialist can work with the rest of the development team to create information and communication specifications and implement them.
- Design how a system will be used, who will be using it, and what might change in the future.
- Assist with the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on its use
- Should provide support in the following areas
- OS Support
- Software Support
- Application Support
- Hardware Support
- Network Support

Essential Experience
- Shall possess B. Tech/B.E./MCA/MSC or higher qualification with at least 7 years of experience
- Proven experience of working as ICT Infrastructure Lead for End to End implementation of ERP System project with PSU/Central/State Government
- 7+ Years of relevant years in working across IT areas including Enterprise Architecture, IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Software Architecture Design, Business Analysis
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Deployment development methodology.
- Experience with Operating System architecture including both Windows or Linux environments
- Proactive in identifying issues and coming out with solution

BE/B.Tech/MCA/MSC or higher qualification
