**Job Title**:HVAC Trainer

**Location**: Chennai

**Salary**:INR 35,000 - 40,000 per month

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver in-depth training programs covering HVAC system design and project engineering
- Teach safety standards, regulations, and best practices related to HVAC operations
- Prepare and update training materials, manuals, and lesson plans.
- Assess student performance through tests, practical assessments, and project evaluations.
- Stay updated with the latest HVAC technology, tools, and industry standards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students to help them excel in the field.
- Ensure training facilities and equipment are maintained and functional.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of practical experience in HVAC systems, with a strong background in system installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Prior experience in training or mentoring is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of modern HVAC technologies and industry trends.
- Ability to manage and engage a diverse group of students.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
