Responsible for validation and checking of end to end reconciliations and related reports
- P& L, cash flow
- Verification of purchases, sales, payments & receipts i.e Order to Cash reconciliations for B2C e-commerce business.
- Manage relationships with marketplace brands for operations to ensure flawless and timely
- Review the reconciliation process overall and look for improvements and automations
- Responsible to ensure the reconciliation are submitted on time with accuracy.
- Ability to highlight issue with the Stake holders for resolution and ensure it is getting followed up and cleared.
- Tracking of Claims raised on marketplaces and closure of claims.
- Ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transaction
- Getting sign off from market place partners and customers
- Monitoring team performance and report on metrics
- Consolidation of data for circulating MIS on reconciliation updates, payments, collections and claims

**Qualification and Skills**
- Ability to identify errors
- knowledge of all reports available in major e commerce marketplaces.
- Team player with the ability to work with multiple parties
- Proficient in Microsoft excel, Access & SQL.
- Prior experience of people management and team building is an advantage
- Knowledge of basic statutory compliance, P & L, accounting concepts
- Experience of 4-5 yrs in reconciling accounting figures and financial records

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- total work: 4 years (preferred)
- Financial accounting: 4 years (preferred)
