We’re scaling rapidly with customers and ecosystem partners across India Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented AR/AP Reconciliation Analyst to support reconciliation of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, a keen eye for detail, and experience managing large volumes of financial data Key Responsibilities • Reconciliation of AR and AP accounts, analyze discrepancies related to vendor invoices, payments, CN/DN, returns etc • Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency in reconciliation. • Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve user experience. • Track engagement, analyze usage patterns, and contribute to continuous improvement of reconciliation solution Requirements • B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA / CA with 1+ year of experience in AR/AP reconciliations • Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations. • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. • Analytical, empathetic, and strong interest in automation in finance. • Experience with SaaS/ERP tools is a plus.
