- Continuously update knowledge of computer and network security in order to provide accurate information and advice to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Must be fluent in Malyalam and Hindi languages.
- Knowledge of computer and network security.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Positive, can-do attitude and excellent work ethic.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
