We are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy in line with the company's goals and objectives. This includes setting marketing budgets, goals, and KPIs
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends. Use this information to identify opportunities and threats.
- Develop marketing campaigns to promote the company's products or services. This may involve advertising, public relations, and digital marketing efforts.
- Ensure that the company's brand is effectively communicated and maintained across all marketing materials and activities. This includes maintaining brand consistency and guidelines.
- Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and track expenditures to ensure that campaigns stay within budget.
- Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports.
- Develop strategies for customer engagement and retention. This may involve loyalty programs, surveys, and customer feedback analysis.
- Identify and establish partnerships or collaborations that can help expand the company's reach or enhance its marketing efforts.
- Ensure that all marketing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, including data protection and advertising standards.
- Monitor and analyze competitor marketing strategies and adjust the company's approach as needed to stay competitive.
- Plan and coordinate marketing events, such as product launches, trade shows, or conferences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing
- Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
- Must have a high level of creativity.
