**Education: Qualified ICWA / CA**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle issues related to GST and other Indirect Tax Laws,
- Drafting of submissions, appeals and appearances before the quasi-judicial authorities in Indirect tax litigation matters.
- Expert in GST calculations
- Should have hand on experience in filing
- Should have handled gst litigations (highly competent in this)
- Drafting replies to GST notices or replies to show cause notices
- Handle departmental audits, enquiries, and similar interventions
- Maintain healthy external relations in order to present the industry’s or company’s views on any IDT issue before tax authorities
- Develop, implement and monitor tax control and compliance through robust system and process orientation

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
