**The Opportunity**:
ECI has an exciting opportunity for a **Transition Coordinator**, who will work with various teams to facilitate the onboarding and offboarding of ECI’s Managed Services clients. They will be responsible for knowledge gathering and making sure the acquired information is accessible to our internal teams.

In this role, the Knowledge & Transition Coordinator will also work on the creation of professional-grade technical documentation and diagrams.

This is a **remote** role.

**What you will do**:

- Interface with multiple teams in the organization to ensure the smooth transition of projects, onboarding and offboarding’s, performing readiness assessments before the cutover to Managed Services support
- Monitor, track and resolve critical transition related issues
- Work within multiple tools to document and store information about our clients’ environments as well as export information on an as-needed basis.
- Review and edit knowledge base articles submitted by teams across the organization
- Facilitate business, process, and technical discussions to drive clarity and understanding among a diverse set of stakeholders
- To continuously strengthen their knowledge of the company, our processes and our best practices and offer innovative ideas to drive service improvement

**Who you are**:

- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and Visio. Microsoft SharePoint and Project experience a plus.
- Experience working in a corporate environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
- Strong collaboration and consensus-building skills to work with stakeholders across the organization
- Strong ability to work with teams that are geographically distributed and work across different time zones
- Strong presentation skills

**Bonus points if you have**:

- Highly motivated, self-starter, with a demonstrated ability to learn beyond formal training with a strong aptitude for delivering quality solutions
- IT experience a plus
