**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain **Primo automated SAW welding machines** for heavy steel fabrication projects.
- Ensure all welding work complies with **RDSO and IS standards** and project specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and engineering drawings to perform precision welding tasks.
- Monitor welding parameters, machine settings, and consumables for optimal performance.
- Perform machine calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to inspect welds for structural integrity and quality.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of welding processes and workflows.

**Qualifications**:

- **5+ years of experience** operating Primo automated SAW welding machines in a heavy fabrication environment.
- Proficient in welding standards, symbols, and quality control processes.
- In-depth knowledge of **RDSO and IS guidelines** for welding and fabrication.
- Strong understanding of machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.
- B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- M-Tech in Mechanical Engineering is a plus.

- Expertise in **Primo SAW welding machines**.
- Strong technical knowledge of **welding consumables, parameters, and techniques**.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with safety standards and best practices.
