**Role & responsibilities**:

- Identify areas in employees' skills that require improvement
- Ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate training plans, curricula, and methodology
- Teaching and facilitation skills
- Organizing and coordinating skills
- Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback
- Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behaviour
- Ensure that new staff members receive appropriate introductory training
- Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessment
- Performs other related duties as required

- Strong presentation skills
- Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting
- Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
- Sound decision making and organisational skills
- Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
- Proficiency in Power Point Presentation and other designing tools
- Excellent planning and time management skills

**Job Requirement**
- **Must have experience in Life Insurance**:

- Should have a graduate degree with 2+ years of experience as a Trainer
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, as well as spoken Hindi
- Strong presentation skills
- Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting
- Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
- Sound decision making and organisational skills
- Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
- Proficiency in Power Point Presentation and other designing tools
- Excellent planning and time management skills
