**Job Description: Academic Counsellor**

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Counsel students/parents over the phone enquiring about various eLearning packages listed on the website
- Convert queries into sales and maintain a record of all conversions
- Gaining knowledge about all the programs & courses listed on the website
- Work towards achieving the target / goal set by the management
- Working well with marketing and support team in achieving company goals
- Handling chat requests from users and answering their queries

**Key Skills Required (Well Versed with)**:

- Counseling, MS - Excel, Competitive Analysis, Teamwork, Sales, MS -Word, CRM

**Required Experience and Qualifications**:

- Should have good communication skills. Fluent in English & Hindi.
- Knowledge of any local language is an added advantage
- Should have good knowledge about competitive/recruitment/govt and various other exams conducted in India
- Should be well versed with Indian education system

Should possess good customer service skills and willingness to assist students and parents with any queries they might have during the phone conversations
- Should be a self-learner and highly self-motivated

**Education**: Any Graduate/Post Graduate

**Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales or as a student/academic counselor / education counsellor in a reputed company
