- **Responsibilities**:_
- Support the product management lifecycle in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct market research, customer interviews.
- Aid in the development of product strategies and roadmaps.
- Analyse user feedback and metrics to recommend product improvements.
- Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning and review sessions.
- Assist in coordinating product testing phases and collecting test data.
- Help prepare product-related documentation and support materials, PRD's, Product Decks, Tech Documentation, Market Analysis.
- Work with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements and user stories.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Fresher coming out of a degree program related to Business, Technology, Engineering (IT), or a related field, with a strong academic record and street smartness.
- Demonstrated interest in electric vehicles and sustainable technologies.
- Basic understanding of product management principles and practices.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage different stakeholders.

Learning Outcomes:

- Real-world experience in product management within the rapidly evolving EV industry.
- Experience in product development processes in a fast paced tech-driven environment.
- Hands-on experience in product management fundamentals i.e. market research, data analysis, user experience best practices, PRD's, prioritisation etc.

(_Internship stipend amount:_ 18,000 - 20,000
