**Key Responsibilities**

**Service Calls Management**

The Service Coordinator will be responsible for comprehensive management of all service requests, including:
Receiving and logging service calls from customers through multiple communication channels

Prioritizing and assigning service requests based on urgency and resource availability

Tracking service requests from initiation to completion

Maintaining detailed records of completed and pending service calls

Implementing efficient call management procedures to optimize service delivery.

**Customer Communication & Feedback**

Effective customer interaction is vital to this role, with responsibilities including:
Acting as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service issues

Providing timely updates on service request status and estimated resolution times

Collecting and analyzing customer feedback after service completion to drive quality improvements

Addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally

Escalating complex issues to appropriate management when necessary

**Service Records & Reporting**

The Service Coordinator will maintain comprehensive documentation systems, including:
Creating and maintaining accurate records of service calls, team assignments, and job completions

Preparing analytical reports on service performance metrics, response times, and customer satisfaction

Identifying service trends and patterns to suggest process improvements

Documenting service procedures for reference and training purposes

Ensuring compliance with company standards in all record-keeping activities

**Team Coordination & Deployment**

Effective resource management is essential, with responsibilities including:
Assigning appropriate service technicians based on their expertise and availability

Ensuring field teams have the necessary tools, equipment, and information before deployment

Monitoring field operations and providing remote support as needed

Coordinating with internal departments for seamless service execution

Facilitating effective communication between field teams and other stakeholders

**Commercial & Billing Activities & Quotation**

Financial administration forms a key component of the role:
Preparing service quotations according to established pricing guidelines

Securing customer approvals for proposed service work

Ensuring accurate billing for all completed service activities

Following up on payments and resolving billing-related queries

Maintaining organized records of invoices, payments, and service agreements

**Qualifications & Skills**

**Educational Requirements**

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

1-3 years of relevant experience in service coordination, customer support, or similar role

Demonstrated experience with service management systems preferred

**Technical Skills**

Strong technical understanding of service operations and delivery processes

Ability to learn and adapt to new technological systems quickly
