Key Responsibilities:

- **Sales Development**:

- Identify and target potential clients in the commercial sector.
- Conduct market research and data mining to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to present our solar solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- **Marketing Activities**:

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote our commercial solar rooftop solutions.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Coordinate and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and current information.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Create and manage content for social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and respond appropriately.
- Analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- **Policy Understanding and Compliance**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, government policies, and regulations related to solar energy.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and guidelines in all marketing and sales activities.
- Educate clients on policy benefits and financial incentives for adopting solar energy.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Familiarity with the commercial solar industry and relevant policies in Delhi/NCR is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
