- Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on the site.
- Ensure that workers wear appropriate safety gear and follow safety protocols.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards or safety violations.
- Keep records of safety meetings, accidents, and incidents as required.
- Act as the primary point of contact between workers, contractors, and project managers.
- Communicate regularly with the project manager or site engineer to report progress, issues, and delays.
- Coordinate the supply of materials, equipment, and tools needed for the project.
- Ensure that subcontractors and suppliers are delivering materials and services according to the schedule.
- Monitor the quality of work performed to ensure that it meets the project specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct inspections of completed work to verify that it aligns with design drawings and contractual agreements.
- Ensure that any defects or deviations from the plan are corrected promptly.
- Oversee the daily work schedule to ensure the project stays on track and deadlines are met.
- Manage the efficient use of labor and materials, minimizing waste and delays.
- Report any delays, shortages, or issues that may affect project timelines or budget.
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, daily logs, materials used, and personnel on-site.
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly progress reports for project managers or clients.
- Track and document any changes to the project scope or design and communicate them to the relevant parties.
- Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site, including disputes between workers or subcontractors.
- Resolve minor technical or operational issues on-site to prevent delays.
- Make decisions to ensure smooth operations, particularly in the absence of higher management.
- Inspect the quality and progress of work regularly, ensuring it aligns with safety, budget, and time requirements.
- Ensure that tools, equipment, and machinery are properly maintained and in safe working condition.
- Supervise workers and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are being performed efficiently and safely.
- Provide guidance, training, and direction to workers, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
- Address any performance or behavior issues among workers in a professional manner.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
