**Role**: Installation and Service Support

**Essential Qualification**: Minimum 12 th Std for Team Member & Graduation for Executive

**Desired Qualification**: Preferred Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engg.

**Experience **:2 to 10 years of experience in Assembly, Installation and Project

Management.

**Essential Knowledge, Skills & Attributes**:

- Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook),
- Working knowledge of any ERP system is desired.
- Knowledge of Assembly, Installation and commissioning of Office

Furniture & Systems (Steel & Wooden) and related product.
- After Sales Service & Support
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Standard
- Time Management
- Good team player.

Reporting to : General Manager - Sales & Marketing

Location : Head Office / Regional Office

**Key Accountability / Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for overall Installation of various products at the customer’s site/s.

2. Project planning and scheduling and execution of

3. Feasibility study at site - analysis and evaluation of proposed project to determine its technical

feasibility and submit the report to concerned head.

4. Selection of standard bought out parts / material requirements as per work order.

5. Generating Bill of material and Bought out list.

6. Co-ordinate with Sales, Warehouse and Logistics department for timely delivery at Project site/s.

7. Co-ordinate with authorized person from the customer’s site to unloading the material.

8. Assembly and installation of product at customer’s site and make the arrangement of initial demo of the products.

9. Submit the site completion report and get the confirmation and acknowledgement form the Customer.

10. Handling of Customer’s compliments and sort out it at the earliest.

11. Strictly observe and follow all the Safety rules and instructions.

12. Any other responsibilities assigned by Company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,141.29 - ₹31,281.92 per month
