As a Digital Printed Saree Textile Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating original designs for our digital printed saree collections. You will work closely with our design team and collaborate with other departments to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and aesthetic appeal. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a key role in shaping our brand identity and maintaining our competitive edge in the market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop innovative design concepts for digital printed sarees that align with current fashion trends and customer preferences.
- Create detailed design sketches and digital renderings using design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
- Select appropriate color palettes and fabric textures to enhance the visual impact of the designs.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure that design specifications are accurately translated into finished products.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in têxtile design, color theory, and printing techniques to inform design decisions and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Present design concepts to senior management and stakeholders for review and feedback.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source materials and components for production.
- Participate in design review meetings and provide constructive feedback to colleagues.
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of design assets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a têxtile designer, with a focus on digital printing techniques.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
- Strong understanding of color theory, fabric properties, and printing processes.
- Excellent creative and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of traditional Indian têxtile techniques and motifs is a plus.
- Portfolio showcasing previous work and design concepts.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
