**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Cleaning Duties**:

- Perform cleaning tasks according to established procedures and standards.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all designated areas, including floors, carpets, furniture, and fixtures.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers.

2. **Room Preparation**:

- Prepare guest rooms and common areas for occupancy by ensuring all surfaces are clean and tidy.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and amenities as needed.
- Arrange furniture and decorative items to maintain an attractive appearance.

3. **Supply Management**:

- Monitor and replenish housekeeping supplies, including cleaning agents, toiletries, and linens.
- Notify the supervisor of any shortages or maintenance issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain inventory records and ensure proper storage of supplies.

4. **Safety and Security**:

- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Report any safety hazards or security concerns to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow proper chemical handling and disposal guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.

5. **Customer Service**:

- Interact with guests in a courteous and professional manner, responding to their requests and inquiries promptly.
- Address guest concerns and complaints, escalating issues to the supervisor as needed.
- Strive to exceed guest expectations and enhance their overall experience.

6. **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff and departments to coordinate cleaning schedules and tasks.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure efficient workflow and teamwork.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.
