**Location**: Viman Nagar, Pune ( Near Ramwadi Metro Station )
**Office Timing**: 10 AM to 7PM
**Weekly-off** : Monday.
**Salary**: 15k to 18k (Depending on your interview)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
- Generate sales leads and schedule appointments for further discussions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling customer interactions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Representative, or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [Marathi,Hindi,English].
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is preferred.

**Education & Experience**:

- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
