
Exhibition Marketing Executive

Short listing new Domestic Exhibitions.
- Doing research on Indian exhibitors on the basis of certain parameters from their social media(LinkedIn & Website)
- Pitch the shortlisted exhibitor & successfully create new leads (Immersive + Booth Construction).
- Taking a detailed requirement from the customers regarding booth specifications
- Fixing client meetings with Team Lead regarding budget negotiations.
- Coordinating with the design team to prepare sample booth designs & ensure potential client's expectations are met.
- Manage complex negotiations with internal senior-level executives.
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers/clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of the client's needs and requirements.
- Serve as the link of communication between acquired customers/exhibitors and internal teams.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers/exhibitors and deal with complaints to maintain trust**.**:
- Prepare regular reports of progress in client dealing and forecast.
- Internal coordination for project deliveries
**Skills and Experience**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹9,044.06 - ₹40,077.95 per month
