Basic Function

The Translator will be a key resource in conceptualizing, initializing, running POC, trials or taking projects through pre-release to delivery stage under the CIOx umbrella.

The Translator should be a Native Spanish Speaker who will be able to independently run projects in managed services with a core focus on multilingual translation order. Extensive legal/financial vocabulary and proficiency in Spanish (U.S Spanish - Latin Dialect) and English with good reading, translating and comprehension skills is a mandatory requirement.

Essential Responsibilities
- Efficiently and accurately work on assigned projects.
- Understanding project requirements and offering solution to bring true value to the product portfolio.
- Good communication skills to talk to business owners and customers when required.
- Should be able to independently run projects.
- Ability to deliver as per decided timelines.
- Proficiency in Spanish (U.S Spanish—Latin Dialect) and English is mandatory.
- Should be able to run projects related to foreign languages (Spanish) and translation process.
- Excellent proofreading skills with the ability to identify grammar, spelling and punctuation errors.
- Effective communication skills - ability to obtain information from others and deliver information to others orally and in written form.
- Quality Analysis - ability to review and analyze the appropriate use of language for quality assurance purpose.
- Familiarity with common business math and possess a
appropriate business communication.

Education

Minimum: Bachelor’s degree with proven relevant work experience as a Native Spanish Translator (U.S. Spanish - Latin Dialect)

Experience, Knowledge and Tools

Minimum Experience:

- Min 3 years of experience in working on translation projects (Spanish) as a Native at different stages of project lifecycle.
- Worked as team player and have efficiently delivered projects that involved multiple touchpoints.
- Hands on experience on projects related to foreign languages and translation order.

- Communication: Strong arbitration and organizational skills are critical to being successful in this role. Strong communications skills and the ability to organize and motivate team members in a matrix environment are essential.
- Team Work: Must work collaboratively with people within group and throughout the entire WK organization, while providing constructive feedback.
- Problem Solving: Capable of independent thinking and rendering sound decisions. Astute at identifying and engaging the necessary resources to help in decision making. Takes quick actions to identify and resolve the cause of any problem. Proactive in nature.
- Leadership: Exhibits individual control over day to day responsibilities as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other BUs to produce results.
- Planning and Organizing: Must be able to implement plans with the purpose of achieving short and long term goals. Must be able to prioritize in order to accomplish these goals in a given time period.
- Technology: Has the ability to partner with experts in the technology field to identify technology gaps and requirements necessary to develop position and impactful solutions.
- Initiative and Enterprise: Is self-directed and has the ability to translate ideas into action and get things done.
