Our Service treat the questions for Upgrade with different domain like Airframe, Avionics, Cabin and Connectivity
**Tasks**:
- Front Desk activity
- Receipt TechRequest Message (TRM) in Techrequest
- Answer technically and submit the answer in Techrequest after internal validation
- Dispatch to internal contributor some specific case
- Fill Airbus quality follow-up (NCMT)
- Perform Front Desk KPI
- Perform Monthly Airbus meeting

**Primary Skils**:
Proactive
Good communication in English
Management project mindset
Experience of aircraft (part 66 / working Party / Engineering / Design / Stress)
Good understanding of Airline operating and maintenance environment.
Tools:
Tech Request, Airbus World
Technical knowledge:
Experience of aircraft engineering & design or to work on aircraft (i.e.: part66) Good understanding of Airline operating and maintenance environment.
Good communication skills. Fluent in written & spoken English (French, Spanish or German advantageous).
Familiar with certification aspects.
Communications skills with Customers and Suppliers.
**Qualification**:
B.Tech/B.E/Graduate or AME in Aerospace domain.
