**Role: Junior Content Writer**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
- Draft effective and functional product descriptions for all products being launched on the website.
- Craft persuasive and concise copy that highlights the uniqueness and speciality of WeaverStory’s handcrafted products.
- Work with cross functional teams i.e., graphics, website, and marketing, to drive execution.
- Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging topics to generate fresh and relevant content ideas.
- Assist in planning special campaigns around brand calendars by bringing to the table creative ideas and assist in executing them flawlessly.
- Assist the SEO team with website page articles and category descriptions as required.
- Ensure all content is on-brand and consistent in terms of tone of voice and quality and optimized for search and user experience for all channels.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year of agency/brand experience in content writing for a lifestyle brand. Work experience with a fashion brand is preferred.
- Excellent writing and story-telling skills - should have the ability to write long form content as well as snappy marketing content.
- Passion or interest in Indian handlooms and handcrafted clothing.
- The ability to multi-task and complete assignments accurately and on time.
- The cross-functional nature of the role requires you to be team player with a positive, problem-solving attitude.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
