- **Researching current fashion trends and determining what consumers will like**:

- **Collaborating with the design team to develop ideas for new products based on research data**:

- **Designing sketches for new products**:

- **Creating clothing patterns for mass production**:

- **Testing and deciding on fabrics, colors, patterns and textures for each design**:

- **Maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers and models**:

- **Working with team members to design clothes for upcoming seasons**:

- **Selecting fabrics and trims**:

- **Developing CAD sketches to present to stakeholders**:

- **Overseeing the prototype sample process**:

- **Creating cost sheets and product lists**

**Skills Required**:

- **Proven work experience as a Fashion Designer for Apparel Industry**:

- **Ability to do sketches by hand**:

- **Excellent design and conceptual skills**:

- **Relevant training and/or certifications as a Fashion Designer**:

- **NIFT passed out preferred**:

- **Good in communication and interpersonal skills**:
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
